Sean Conner

Sean has spent the last 23 years of his career in business management, specifically management within the logistics industry. He has held positions as an Operations Supervisor, Operations Manager, General Manager, and Vice President for multiple distribution companies including DHL, GlaxoSmithKline, and Rennoc Distribution before he came to work at CLI. Sean joined the CLI team in 2014 as a driver then quickly was promoted to Operations Manager, General Manager, and eventually CEO as the company transitioned company leadership from the founding owner to the next generation.

Sean has guided the CLI Team through significant seasons of growth and transition. Growing company operations by 79% in just two years, hiring and training management staff, creating business plans, increasing, and maintaining customer relationships, and sustaining one the most successful service rates in the CA, NV, AZ and KY logistics industries are just a few of the benefits CLI has experienced through his leadership. Most recently, Sean has led the company into unprecedented opportunities for growth with the relocation of CLI’s corporate headquarters to Kentucky, launching new customers, services, and regional expansion into the states of KY and TN.

Outside of his career in the logistics industry, Sean has worked as a Police Officer, Pastor/Youth Leader, and has been an entrepreneur for many years. Sean is passionate about serving others and has funneled that enthusiasm directly into CLI, implementing our Servant Leadership operational philosophy that has succeeded greatly in building a value-based, relational/family atmosphere amongst the current administrative and operations teams. It is his hope that this philosophy will extend beyond this team to all of our company employees, customers, and our communities through our new C3 Platform.

Dave

Dave and Debbie Conner founded Conner Logistics Inc. 24 years ago in Fresno, CA, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to the logistics industry. With over 30 years at UPS, Dave’s customer-focused and results-driven philosophy laid the foundation for the company’s success, addressing a critical need for a customer-first approach in the logistics sector.

Megan Conner

Megan began working for Conner Logistics, Inc. in 2016. Initially her commitment was meant to be part-time, more of a consultant to the company than an employee. Megan was hired to help CLI with Strategic Planning and Development. However, shortly into the project, it was made clear that the greater need for the company at the time was Human Resources Management. Megan quickly transitioned from part-time to full-time and took on management of HR, DOT Compliance, Safety, Benefits Management, Policies & Procedures Development, and Finance Support. With a strong history in business development, Megan was able to see the gaps in these areas, research the correct processes and tools, and then implement strategies to increase the long-term sustainability of the company.

Megan’s favorite part of working for CLI is teamwork and collaboration. The culture of Conner Logistics is truly one of a family business and team members genuinely care for one another, respect one another, and enjoy being around each other. She feels honored to work with such talented and hard-working colleagues. She particularly enjoys seeing the fruit off all their efforts blossoming into continued company expansion.

Rob Sharp

Rob brings over 30 years of senior operations management experience to Conner Logistics, having worked with top logistics companies including FedEx, Amazon, and Oak Harbor Freight. Known for leading large, diverse teams and driving operational excellence, Rob has held key leadership roles in station management and business development across California and the Southwest.

As Chief Operating Officer, Rob is guiding Conner Logistics through its next phase of strategic growth and operational scaling. Prior to this, he served as Station Operations Manager for Amazon Logistics in Fresno, where he oversaw high-volume last-mile operations with a focus on leadership, service metrics, and customer experience. His experience also includes Terminal Manager at Oak Harbor Freight in San Diego and Station Manager roles with FedEx in Farmington, NM, Anaheim, and Fresno, CA. Rob is especially passionate about station management, profit and loss ownership, and building high-performing teams. His leadership style emphasizes accountability, service excellence, and long-term relationship-building.

Sue Rockey

Sue joined CLI in 2015 as a Class-A driver based in Sacramento, CA, bringing with her a unique blend of experience, drive, and just enough sarcasm to keep everyone on their toes. Before entering the logistics world, she dedicated over 15 years to EMS and Emergency Response, including her time with the MD Defense Force 10th Medical Regiment, where she was deployed to New Orleans in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. That kind of real-world grit and calm-under- pressure mindset still defines her leadership style today.

Sue relocated to Arizona in late 2015 to build CLI's Southwestern region, growing it from a single route into a multi-state operation serving Arizona, Nevada, and Southern California. In 2018, she became CLI's Safety Manager and partnered with the Strategic Planning Department to strengthen the company's safety initiatives. She played a key role in developing and implementing a comprehensive, research-based Safety Program, including new handbooks, policies, and an improved onboarding process. In 2022, Sue moved to Somerset, Kentucky, to help establish CLI's warehousing operations in Kentucky and Ohio alongside the company's CEO. She returned to Fresno in 2024, where she continues to improve systems, solve complex challenges, and help make CLI a stronger workplace.

Beatriz Rios

Beatriz joined the Conner Logistics team in May of 2019 as the Administrative Assistant. With a strong background is Worker&s Compensation, OSHA Compliance, and a work history as a Certified Medical Assistant, Beatriz has proven to be a valuable member of the CLI Administrative Team. With her help, the Admin Dept. has been able to launch several new systems, create new policies and procedures, improve company communication, and increase documentation development and overall company support. Beatriz also serves as a bilingual interpreter to Conner&s Spanish-speaking employees. Her favorite part of her job is learning about CLI is sharing and applying her skills and experience. One of her long-term goals is having continuous improvement in her life and work.
