Sean Conner
CEO
Sean has spent the last 18 years of his career in business management, specifically management within the logistics industry. He has held positions as an Operations Supervisor, Operations Manager, and General Manager for multiple distribution companies including DHL, GlaxoSmithKline, and Rennoc Distribution before he came to work at CLI. Sean joined the CLI team in 2014 as a driver then quickly was promoted to Operations Manager, General Manager, and eventually CEO as the company transitioned company leadership from the founding owner to the next generation.
Sean has guided the CLI Team through significant seasons of growth and transition. Growing company operations by 79% in just two years, hiring and training management staff, creating business plans, increasing, and maintaining customer relationships, and sustaining one the most successful service rates in the CA, NV, and AZ logistics industries are just a few of the benefits CLI has experienced through his leadership. Most recently, Sean has led the company into unprecedented opportunities for growth with the relocation of CLI’s corporate headquarters to Kentucky, launching new customers, services, and regional expansion into the states of KY, TN, IN, IL, and OH.
Outside of his career in the logistics industry, Sean has worked as a Police Officer and an Assistant Pastor/Youth Leader for many years. Sean is passionate about serving others and has funneled that enthusiasm directly into CLI, implementing our Leadership through Service operational philosophy that has succeeded greatly in building a value-based, relational/family atmosphere amongst the current administrative and operations teams. It is his hope that this philosophy will extend beyond this small team to all of our company employees, customers, and our communities through our new C3 Platform. Sean has been married to his wife, Megan for 20 years and they have one thirteen-year-old daughter named Addysen. Sean enjoys vacationing with his family, riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, playing baseball, and watching the San Francisco Giants & Oakland Raiders, and Derek Carr.

Dave Conner
Founder and Chairmen of the Board
Dave is a former California native that spent his entire career in the logistics industry in the Central Valley. He started out over 30 years ago working the sorting line at UPS, was promoted to driver, then to supervisor, and eventually left UPS to start his own business, Conner Logistics, Inc. (CLI). Dave spent years of his career in the Engineering Department at UPS and is passionate about efficiency, productivity, and results. Dave also cares deeply for people who make their livings in the logistics industry, which led him to found CLI with a concentrated focus on customer service and care for our employees. It is his passion and focus that created the original CLI tagline “Customer-Focused – Results-Driven,” and laid the foundation for our unwavering 99% on-time delivery rates.
Dave has been married to his wife Debra for 40 years, has two children, Sean, and Brittney, and three granddaughters. He enjoys traveling with his wife Debra. One of their favorite destinations is the Hawaiian Islands, but they have also toured the country more than once in a R.V. As a former Indy Car driver, Dave also enjoys watching Nascar. Racing was a sport he shared with his father and will always have a special place in his life.

Debra Conner
Founder and Chairmen of the Board
Debra co-founded Conner Logistics, Inc. with her husband, Dave in 2002. Debra has spent decades supporting her husband in the logistics industry both as a wife and a business partner. In the early days of CLI, Debra regularly drove routes for the initial customers to help get the business off the ground. She is passionate about the business they created and looks to serve the management team, the drivers, and the warehouse dock workers in every way possible.
Beyond the development of executive business strategies and organizational leadership, one of Debra’s favorite ways of serving the company is through hosting team events. Her warm hospitality and delicious food invites every employee feel part of the family.

Susan Rockey
Southwestern Operations Manager/Safety Manager
Sue joined the CLI team in 2014. Like several other team members, Sue started with the company as a driver in Sacramento, CA. Though originally from Maryland, Sue lived in CA for seven years before relocating to Arizona in 2015 to develop the CLI Southwestern region which began with her own single route. It has now grown to over fifteen routes that span Arizona, Nevada, and Southern CA.
Sue also brings to the team over 20 years of human services experience with extensive knowledge and education in customer service, management, safety, and training which has led to her promotion to Southwestern Operations Manager/Safety Manager.
As the Safety Manager for Conner Logistics, Sue has worked hand-in-hand with the Strategic Planning Department to set annual goals, completely revamp/relaunch the Onboarding process for drivers, help create new policies and procedures, and develop a full-scale, research-based, Safety Program with implementation guides and measurable outcomes.
Before she began working in the logistics industry, Sue spent over 15 years in EMS/Emergency Services/Emergency Response teams. We are grateful for her years of service in this industry, in particular, her involvement in the MD Defense Force 10th Medical Regiment which was deployed to New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.
Sue has four sons and two granddaughters. She enjoys being at the beach and snorkeling, especially with the sea turtles in Hawaii.

Tim Robinson
Senior Operations Manager
Tim is CLI’s longest running employee and manager. Tim started with Dave & Debra when Conner Logistics operated a courier delivery service, Conner Express, as a contractor for DHL in 2005. Tim worked as an Assistant Manager for CLI during those five years overseeing an entire staff of final-mile delivery drivers from the sorting belt to daily return.
With over 20 years in business management and 15 years in the transportation industry, Tim started his career as young 12-year-old delivering for two years in his own neighborhood. At 18, he became a driver for Milgard Window and spent nearly two years delivering all over Northern CA. After his time spent in direct distribution, Tim learned safety, forklift operation, and night shift management as a Department Manager in the retail and grocery space. Later, Tim even owned his own “Handy-Man” business, adding to his list of achievements “Jack of all Trades.”
As the Sr. Operations Manager for CLI, Tim has helped grow the company from two tractor routes to over forty tractor routes under a single customer. Tim acquired his Class-A license during his time as a manager with CLI and led the Operations Team through countless transitions and areas of growth.
Tim is also responsible for all areas of operations related to equipment, including all our tractor-trailers, straight/box-trucks, fuel, maintenance, electronic logs, GPS tracking, etc. As the company has grown, Tim’s responsibilities in this area have changed immensely. He has adapted successfully and led the Operations Team well by providing excellent oversight and consistency within this ever-changing transportation industry.
Tim lives in Fresno with his wife Karen. They have eight grandbabies who are their biggest hobby! In addition to spending time with his grandkids, Tim enjoys listening to music, going to concerts, and traveling with his wife.

Mike Conner
Night Shift Operations Manager
Mike joined the CLI team in 2017 as a Night-Shift Operations Supervisor. Conner Logistics was particularly excited to bring Mike onboard as he had spent that previous nine years working for one of CLI’s major customers, OnTrac. Mike worked for OnTrac from 2006-2015 starting as a Package Handler, then moving up to Dispatcher, and was then promoted to Shift Manager, and later, General Manager. Mike’s extensive experience in the distribution industry made him a major asset to the CLI Team.
Since joining the Operations Team, Mike has drastically helped improve communication with current clients, assisted with implementing new guidelines, work-flow task assignment, and policies and procedures. Mike has also helped increase driver compliance and employee accountability. With such significant contributions to the company, Mike was promoted to Operations Manager in Jan. of 2019. Mike has also acquired his Class-A license during his time with CLI and has proven to be an instrumental member of our driving team, providing last-minute coverage when needed, and onboarding, random, and post-accident driver training.
Mike has been married to his wife Amie since 2010. They have two daughters, Lauren age seven and Charlotte age four. Mike enjoys learning, doesn’t matter the medium… documentaries, internet reading, or museums, as long as he is discovering new knowledge. Mike also likes movies, video games, and working on cars.

Mark Hockemier
Warehouse Supervisor
Mark began his journey with Conner Logistics as a part-time driver in July of 2016. Mark worked a couple of different routes before being moved to the CLI Warehouse to help oversee and deliver cabinets in Jan. of 2017. As the Warehouse Department grew, Mark proved to be an integral part of the Warehouse Team and was promoted to Warehouse Supervisor in 2018, helping oversee two warehouse buildings with over 30,000 sq. feet of product storage. Mark’s favorite part of working for CLI is “how people at the company are willing to work with you to help you succeed while you do your best to help them succeed.” He feels “there really is a family atmosphere at the company, and everyone is working towards a common goal rather than a sole focus on themselves.” Mark also enjoys the challenge of his work which includes a great deal of problem solving and working efficiently to put everything together to get the job done.
Before working at CLI, Mark tried several careers in construction as a heavy equipment operator and leading demo crews in construction, working as an auto mechanic, and most interesting, managing two tropical fish stores.
Mark is originally from Sonoma County of CA, lived and Nevada and Washington, but moved to Fresno several years ago to be closer to his daughters. Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife of 6 years, Becca, and their daughters Maddie age 15, and Mackenzie age 16, and Chanese with their granddaughter Libby age 4. Mark also continues his interest in tropical fish as a hobby, is involved with his faith in his local church, and recently purchased his “dream home” where he plans to retire one day.

Megan Conner
Administrative Director
Megan began working for Conner Logistics, Inc. in 2016. Initially her commitment was meant to be part-time, more of a consultant to the company than an employee. Megan was hired to help CLI with Strategic Planning and Development. However, shortly into the project, it was made clear that the greater need for the company at the time was Human Resources Management. Megan quickly transitioned from part-time to full-time and took on management of HR, DOT Compliance, Safety, Benefits Management, Policies & Procedures Development, and Finance Support. With a strong history in business development, Megan was able to see the gaps in these areas, research the correct processes and tools, and then implement strategies to increase the long-term sustainability of the company.
Megan’s favorite part of working for CLI is teamwork and collaboration. The culture of Conner Logistics is truly one of a family business and team members genuinely care for one another, respect one another, and enjoy being around each other. She feels honored to work with such talented and hard-working colleagues. She particularly enjoys seeing the fruit off all their efforts blossoming into continued company expansion.
Megan is married to her husband Sean. They live in beautiful Somerset, KY with their thirteen-year-old daughter. In addition to working full-time at CLI, Megan is also a published author and loves spending time with her two dogs, hiking, kayaking, and boating on Lake Cumberland.

Donna has spent decades helping companies sort through the daily upkeep of financially running a business. Donna states that her return to Accounting work, particularly as an employee of CLI, has brought her great joy. She not only enjoys the people she works with, but the many challenges and problem-solving present within her scope of work.
